Evidence heard in Lucero murder case

GALLUP — The evidence kept piling up during a preliminary hearing Friday in the first-degree murder case against Jeremy Lucero but, once again, a key prosecution witness was unavailable so 11th Judicial District Magistrate Judge April Silversmith agreed to continue the hearing until May 27.
